Established on 4th July 1957 by the visionary Late Dr. D.N. Lele, Lele Hospital—formerly known as Shruti Rugnalay—began its journey in a modest 300 sq. ft. space on Nashik’s Main Road. As the first specialized ENT hospital in Nashik, it marked the beginning of a new era in focused healthcare for the region.

More than five decades later, Lele Hospital & Research Centre stands as a trusted name in medical excellence. Now spread across 7,000 sq. ft. in a prime location in Nashik, the hospital has grown into a centre of excellence for advanced ENT and cancer surgeries, led by Dr. Pushkar Lele and Dr. D.N. Lele.

Dr. Pushkar Lele

Dr. Pushkar Lele is a leading ENT and Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon, known for his expertise, precision, and patient-centric care. A merit student from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, he trained extensively at Tata Memorial Hospital under renowned cancer surgeon Dr. Sultan Pradhan. He further honed his skills in laser surgery with Dr. Steiner in Germany, establishing North Maharashtra’s first laser surgery centre.

With over three decades of experience, Dr. Lele has performed a wide range of complex and life-saving surgeries, including rare pediatric and reconstructive procedures. He is highly regarded for his emphasis on hygiene, advanced technology, and compassionate care.

A regular faculty at national and international conferences, Dr. Lele is recognized for his impactful presentations and has received several awards, including the Nashik Gaurav Puraskarur.
